OEVS was founded in Sydney by a team with direct, lived experience of studying, working and migrating to Australia. That distinction matters: we're not a marketing-led franchise reading from a script — we are licensed migration agents who have personally navigated the exact visa process we now manage for our students.

Today, OEVS operates as a master franchise network with its head office in Australia and branch operations across India (Navi Mumbai, Kolhapur, Noida), Nepal, Pakistan and the Philippines — giving students a rare combination: local counselling in their own city, backed by a team physically present in the destination country.

Why "MARN registered" actually matters

Anyone can call themselves an education consultant. A Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN) means a person has been assessed, registered and is bound by the Australian Government's Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) Code of Conduct. LICENSED MIGRATION SERVICES

From student visa to permanent residency

We don't just help you study in Australia — our MARN-registered agents guide the entire journey from first visa to PR status, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Tasmania providing on-ground support.

Student Visa (Subclass 500)

Full-time study at Australian institutions with work rights (20 hrs/week during term, unlimited during breaks). Your foundation for post-study work and PR pathways.

Temporary Graduate Visa (485)

Stay in Australia 18 months to 4 years after graduation. Build work experience, earn local salary, and strengthen your PR points while employed in your field.

Skilled Work Regional Visa (491)

5-year temporary visa for regional Australia with state sponsorship. After 3 years in a designated area, apply for Permanent Residency without further point requirements.
